Laura Wolf is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Oklahoma Citizens for Education (OCE), where she brings a rare blend of legal insight, nonprofit leadership, and strategic vision to the organization’s mission. With a distinguished academic background—including full academic scholarships, recognition as a Dean’s Scholar, law review member, and a 4.0 GPA in her Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership—Laura is a deeply skilled leader dedicated to creating systems that serve and sustain meaningful impact.
Her experience includes key roles at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and United Way of Central Oklahoma, where she helped strengthen nonprofit infrastructure, guide funding decisions, and lead mission-driven initiatives with lasting community outcomes. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in board development, program design, fiscal strategy, membership growth, and fundraising—making her a trusted voice in the nonprofit sector.
At OCE, Laura oversees operations and long-term strategy with a commitment to service, sustainability, and transformative change. Her passion lies in empowering organizations, advocating for communities, and ensuring every initiative is built to make a difference that lasts.
