Pancakes and Positivity is one of our favorite ways to bring joy into Oklahoma schools. At OCE, we believe that a little appreciation can go a long way—and nothing says “thank you” like a warm plate of pancakes served with a big smile. These events are about more than just breakfast; they’re about reminding educators that they matter, they’re seen, and they’re supported by a community that believes in them.
Every Pancakes and Positivity event is a celebration. Volunteers show up early to cook and serve, while our team brings music, resources, and good vibes to brighten the day. Teachers leave not only full but also uplifted—because sometimes, a simple gesture of kindness can make all the difference.

Teachers and Tacos is OCE’s way of saying a big “thank you” to the incredible people who keep our schools running—from the teachers in the classrooms to the staff who support them behind the scenes. This school-wide appreciation event brings the whole building together for a fun, festive taco bar loaded with all the fixings—and a whole lot of gratitude.
We show up with warmers, toppings, treats, and plenty of smiles, creating an experience that’s about more than just lunch. It’s about community. It’s about lifting spirits. It’s about recognizing every educator, custodian, office worker, para, and administrator who pours into Oklahoma’s students every single day.
