Pancakes and Positivity is one of OCE’s signature appreciation events designed to lift the spirits of educators and school staff across Oklahoma. We show up with hot pancakes, warm smiles, and a whole lot of love—because sometimes a simple breakfast and a kind word can go a long way in reminding teachers they matter.

This isn’t just about food—it’s about connection. While we serve up pancakes, we also serve encouragement, laughter, and conversation. Volunteers and community members join in to create an uplifting atmosphere where every educator feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
