TeachOK – Educator Conference Application

TeachOK is a free, high-impact professional learning experience designed to bring together educators from across Oklahoma.
Due to limited capacity, participation is application-based. Attendees will be selected to ensure a strong mix of geographic regions, roles, and school representation across the state.

By submitting this application, you understand and agree to the following:
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance
Participants will be selected based on a variety of factors including location, role, and overall cohort balance
If selected, you are committing to attend the full event on July 18
Attendance Commitment Policy
TeachOK is provided at no cost to attendees through the support of our partners and community.
To ensure all available spots are filled by those who are able to attend:
A credit card is required to reserve your spot if selected
Your card will NOT be charged unless you do not attend the event
A no-show fee may be applied if you fail to attend without canceling
You may cancel your spot up to 7 days prior to the event with no penalty. This policy allows us to honor the commitment of our partners and ensure every seat is filled by an educator ready to participate.
Required Acknowledgment
I understand that TeachOK is a free, limited-capacity event. If selected, I commit to attending and understand that a no-show fee may apply if I do not cancel within the allowed timeframe.
Media Release
I give permission for Oklahoma Citizens for Education to capture photos and video during the event and use them for promotional, educational, and outreach purposes.
Communication Consent
I agree to receive event updates and follow-up resources related to TeachOK and Oklahoma Citizens for Education.
Additional Information
If selected spots are not confirmed, additional applicants may be invited from the waitlist
Attendees are expected to be present, engaged, and respectful throughout the event
Selected participants may have opportunities to stay connected with future OCE initiatives and events
