Alex Mustain

Al Mustain serves on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Citizens for Education (OCE), where he oversees the organization’s Governance Committee and helps ensure full compliance with nonprofit standards. A former classroom teacher turned attorney, Al brings both a deep passion for education and a strong understanding of legal and organizational frameworks to OCE’s mission.

Born and raised in Oklahoma—with a formative chapter spent in Savannah, Georgia for law school—Al is proud to serve his home state. He currently practices law at Sutter Law Office, where he applies his expertise in family law, business law, contract law, and estate planning. Al’s approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and grounded in service to others—whether he’s advising clients, helping OCE grow with integrity, or advocating for his local community.

In addition to his legal practice, Al is actively involved in the Alva Chamber of Commerce and remains a proud supporter of Oklahoma public education. Above all, he considers himself a father first, husband second, and attorney third—values that guide everything he does.
