Bryan Dean serves as the Treasurer of Oklahoma Citizens for Education (OCE), bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial advising and a deep commitment to helping others build secure, empowered futures. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Management and minors in Finance and International Business, Bryan holds Series 7, 66, and AAMS certifications, along with a Life and Health Insurance License—credentials that reflect both his expertise and his dedication to ethical, personalized service.
