Dr. Christopher Culver is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Oklahoma Citizens for Education (OCE), bringing more than a decade of experience in education as a teacher, principal, cabinet-level administrator, and advocate for cultural transformation in schools. A proud product of Oklahoma’s public education system, Dr. Culver is deeply connected to the communities he serves and passionate about the future of education across the state.
With a unique background shaped by both rural and urban experiences in Oklahoma and North Carolina, Dr. Culver brings authenticity, empathy, and lived perspective to his leadership. He is a nationally recognized consultant, speaker, and adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University, known for his dynamic, high-energy professional development and his expertise in kindness, school culture, and generational understanding—especially of Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
At OCE, Dr. Culver helps shape vision and strategy while keeping the focus on what matters most: the people in our schools. His mission is to cultivate a culture of kindness, purpose, and possibility in education—because when we support educators, we change lives.
