With more than 13 years of experience in digital marketing for a global tech company, Garrett’s expertise spans content strategy, graphic design, social media, SEO, organizational communications, partner marketing, and multimedia production.

At OCE, Garrett plays a critical role in leading marketing and communications efforts, directing and editing the organization’s podcast, designing graphics, building programs, shaping strategy, and helping grow OCE’s public presence across Oklahoma and beyond.
